11. President
11.1. The President is the sole executive body of the Union, carries out the current management of the activities of the Union and exercises all the rights and obligations that, in accordance with the current legislation, are assigned to the sole executive body of a legal entity.
11.2. The President is elected by the General Meeting of Members for 3 (three) years. The President is accountable to the General Assembly of Members. The President may be elected for a new term an unlimited number of times.
11.3. By decision of the General Meeting of Members, the powers of the President may be prematurely terminated in cases of gross violation by the President of his duties, inability to properly conduct business, or in the presence of other serious grounds, which are determined by the General Meeting of Members, and a decision is made to terminate (terminate) the employment contract, concluded with the President.
11.4. The competence of the President includes the resolution of all issues that do not fall within the competence of the General Meeting of Members and the Council. In particular, the President:
1) ensures the implementation of decisions of the General Meeting of Members and the Council;
2) submit reports on the activities of the Union to the General Meeting of Members;
3) within its competence, without a power of attorney, acts on behalf of the Union, represents it in relations with any legal and natural persons, authorities and administrations in the Russian Federation;
4) approve the internal regulations of the Union;
5) hires, concludes employment contracts and dismisses employees of the Union in accordance with applicable law;
6) manages the property, including funds, of the Union, has the right to sign banking documents;
7) issue powers of attorney, open current and other accounts;
8) organize work on the preparation of draft documents on issues related to the subject of the Union's activities;
9) performs other functions arising from this Charter or assigned to the head of the organization in accordance with the law.
11.5. The employees of the Union report to the President, as well as their immediate supervisors in accordance with the local acts of the Union and (or) the employment contract.
