Accreditation rules
Rules for accreditation of media representatives to events organized by the Union of Entrepreneurs for the Development of Innovative Technologies
1. Accreditation of representatives of the media (hereinafter referred to as the media) to exhibitions, conferences, congresses, forums and other events organized by the Union of Entrepreneurs for the Development of Innovative Technologies is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Mass Media" and these Rules in order to streamline the work media representatives at events.

2. Accreditation of media representatives is required to work at all events organized by the Union of Entrepreneurs for the Development of Innovative Technologies.” Accreditation is valid for each event separately (exhibition, congress, forum, etc.) during the period of its holding.

3. Journalists, photojournalists, cameramen of the Russian media who are registered with the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Mass Media", as well as foreign journalists accredited with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, have the right to accreditation.

4. Persons who are not representatives of the media, as well as representatives of advertising publications, catalogs or Internet portals of a commercial nature are not eligible for media accreditation.

5. The organizing committee of any event has the right to limit the number of accredited journalists, to refuse accreditation to a media representative who provided information about himself that does not correspond to reality, who did not pass the accreditation procedure within the established time limits, or who violated the rules for working at the event.

6. Media representatives wishing to take part in the coverage of the events submit an application for accreditation (hereinafter referred to as the application) through the official website in the "Press" section. In the application it is necessary to fill in all fields of the accreditation form. Applications that do not meet the requirements of this provision will not be accepted for consideration.

Accreditation starts two weeks and ends one day before the start of each event, unless special accreditation rules are established.

7. Registration of accredited journalists and issuance of badges is carried out in the pavilion of the event at the "Registration of Participants" stand in the presence of confirmed accreditation in the database of the press service of the Union of Entrepreneurs for the Development of Innovative Technologies and presentation of an editorial certificate or editorial task.

8. An accredited media representative has the right to:
• attend business and exhibition events
• receive information about the program of events
• carry out video or photography on the territory of the event
• use all services designed for the work of journalists
• if there is a press center, work in it during the event, using its infrastructure
• participate in press conferences, briefings and other press events

9. An accredited journalist must:
• carry a badge with you during the entire time of work at the event
• when exercising professional activities, present, upon request, an editorial certificate or other document proving the identity and credentials of a journalist
• do not interfere with the course of the event, unless it is organized specifically for the press
• ensure the accuracy of information
• comply with the rules that are defined for the events, do not take photos and videos at the request of representatives of the security services of the event
• When using official information, quoting the statements of event participants, the finished materials must contain a mention of the name of the event and the source of the information received.

10. The presence of accreditation does not imply attendance at events requiring special invitations.

11. In some cases, there may be a special accreditation, the announcement of which will be published on the official website of the company in the "Press Center" section.
